We look for accessible, product-relevant information about testing practices and documents. We do not perform laboratory testing unless explicitly documented.
Editorial methodology
Clear criteria. Honest limits.
Rankings are editorial and based on publicly available information. Missing or unclear information reduces our confidence instead of being replaced with an invented score.
Product information
We assess whether formats, ingredients, quantities, warnings and other key label details are understandable.
Shipping and returns
We look for discoverable, current policy information—not unverified promises about speed, cost or eligibility.
Customer support
We assess whether support channels and business contact information are clear. We do not fabricate response-time tests.
Catalog clarity
We consider whether visitors can distinguish formats and locate important information without relying on effects-based claims.
Overall value
Value is an editorial view of information, selection and policy clarity—not simply the lowest price.
What we do not evaluate
We do not diagnose health conditions, recommend a product for symptoms, verify personal outcomes, or treat marketing language as scientific evidence. Unless explicitly documented, we do not buy products, conduct laboratory testing or claim firsthand use.

Some outbound links can earn us a commission. Affiliate compensation does not guarantee placement, a positive rating or permanent inclusion. Rankings can change as public information changes.
Corrections and updates
Vendors may request factual corrections by emailing jr@goswissdesign.ch with supporting evidence. They cannot purchase a positive assessment. We display the last-reviewed date and retain “Not verified” when evidence is insufficient.
